Combine a 1- week Westerly Baltic sailing experience to the Danish Archipelago with a 1- week Deluxe River Cruise in Germany.


Day 1/ FRIDAY: USA- DRESDEN (Germany)
Depart from your US gateway city for an optional overnight flight to Dresden.

Day 2/ SATURDAY: DRESDEN
Upon your arrival, you will be met and transferred to the deluxe river vessel, MV Dresden, for embarkation at 2PM. Departure at 4PM.

Day 3/ SUNDAY: BAD SCHANDAU- DECIN (Czech Republic)
This morning, you may want to join an optional morning excursion through Saxon Switzerland to take in the striking beauty of the region. Or, join a full day excursion to experience the splendors of Prague.

Day 4/ MONDAY: DRESDEN (Germany)
A tour will introduce you to the city of Dresden and its enchanting Old Town this morning. This afternoon, you may spend your time at leisure exploring more of Dresden, or join an optional excursion to the nearby Moritzburg Hunting Lodge.

Day 5/ TUESDAY: DRESDEN- MEISSEN
Morning arrival (8AM) in Meissen. Here, you will visit the porcelain factory and the Albrechtsburg Castle during a guided tour. This afternoon you may want to join an excursion to enjoy a Saxon wine tasting.

Day 6/ WEDNESDAY: WITTENBERG- DESSAU- MAGDEBURG
Arrive Wittenberg at 8:30AM. This morning, a tour will follow the footsteps of the Protestant reformer, Martin Luther. This afternoon, enjoy a tour to Worlitz Park, which is one of the most important scenic parks on the European mainland. Arrive in Magdeburg (10:30PM) for an overnight stay.

Day 7/ THURSDAY: MAGDEBURG- TANGERMUNDE
Enjoy a city tour of Magdeburg this morning and see the different architecture throughout. The vessel will depart at noon. Relax this afternoon on board until your arrival in Tangermunde. Here you will have a couple of hours to join an optional guided walk or spend the time at leisure.

Day 8/ FRIDAY: BLECKEDE- LAUENBERG
Enjoy cruising on the Elbe River today until your arrival in Bleckede at 2PM. From here, you may want to join a tour to the Elbtalaue Nature Reserve, that will rejoin the ship in Lauenberg. Or, sail to Lauenberg and stroll through town on your own this afternoon; ship departs at 8PM.

Day 9/ SATURDAY: HAMBURG- NEUSTADT in HOLSTEIN
Disembark the MV Dresden. Enjoy a morning tour of Hamburg before transferring to Neustadt to embark on the S.Y. Lili Marleen. Enjoy an evening at leisure in this small fishing port.

Day 10/ SUNDAY: SAILING
Depart from Neustadt this morning and enjoy your first day sailing in Baltic Sea.

Day 11/ MONDAY: AEROSKOBING (Denmark)
Morning arrival in Aeroskobing. Walk the cobbledstoned streets through the medieval town center, view the fisherman's houses dating from the 17th century and then enjoy a tour around the island.

Day 12/ TUESDAY: SVENDBORG (Denmark)
Explore the Danish island of Funen. Depending on the weather, you will have the opportunity to enjoy either a city tour to Odense (including a visit to the Hans Christian Anderson Museum), or a tour through the idyllic south.

Day 13/ WEDNESDAY : FALKENBERG (Sweden)
Arrive in Falkenberg this afternoon, where you will take a guided city walk and visit the historic town center with its interesting wood architecture. The many alluring cafes, restaurants and bars that line the white sand beaches beckon you to enjoy a drink.

Day 14/ THURSDAY: COPENHAGEN (Denmark)
Today explore Copenhagen, Denmark's capital city. A morning tour will introduce you to city sights including the 'Little Mermaid', the Stock Exchange, and Christiansborg Castle. This afternoon you will have time at leisure to stroll the harbor area and Tivoli Gardens.

Day 15/ FRIDAY: WISMAR (Germany)
This afternoon arrive in the historic Hanse town of Wismar. Walk through the city and discover famous brick gothic- style buildings and visit one of the traditional beer cellars to sample Wismar beer.

Day 16/ SATURDAY: NEUSTADT in HOLTSTEIN- HAMBURG (Germany)
Disembark the Lili this morning and transfer to Hamburg, for your optional return flight to the US.
